WPRFC Events are based in Weymouth, Dorset. We offer a desirable location to hold all of your planned events, from weddings and engagements, parties, corporate events, private events, award ceremonies, training events, team building days, festivals, fetes, product launches, baby showers, graduation parties, prom preparation parties, stag / hen parties, wakes and other celebrations and much more.
Based at Weymouth and Portland Rugby Football Club, we can help you plan & organise your event, by offering you either our spacious clubhouse and/ a range of our marquees, plus surrounding grounds, so you can hold any successful event or celebration.

Our Clubhouse
Our clubhouse provides a large hall area, which can be used for various events or large parties, with a licensed bar, some catering facilities, with either Bavarian style bench tables or more formal, circular tables with comfortable cushioned chairs.
The hall also has guest Wi-Fi, three large HD projector screens with surround sound, on separate walls, with PA facilities, ideal for private and corporate events for business presentations, but also for projecting family videos and photographs.
We also have accessible parking and toilet facilities.
For clubhouse weddings, the hall can be dressed in beautiful drapes, fully dined tables, with either bare or covered chairs. Various packages available.

Our Marquees
Our range of versatile, luxury marquees available to hire at our event ground, which are ideal for any event or celebration from 40 -300 people.
Our marquee’s can be decorated & themed, by you, to suit your occasion. We have an assortment of various flooring options, including a fully carpeted floor. We can also dress the marquee in our ivory coloured, delicate drapes for any special occasion, such as weddings, engagements, anniversaries, or special occasions. Or, you can simply leave the marquee undressed.
For that extra bit of style, we have beautiful glass chandeliers that can be available for either marquee too.

For both the hall & the marquee, you can also choose to use our striking, timeless checkerboard dancefloor, which will enhance your celebration!
